These Terms and Conditions govern your use of villalevoltemarche.com and any enquiry or booking you make for a stay at Le Volte. By using this website or contacting us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About this website

This website provides information about Le Volte, a privately owned holiday villa in Cupra Marittima, Le Marche, Italy, marketed with the assistance of Italy Charme. The content is for general information only. Submitting the enquiry form does not constitute a confirmed reservation; it is a request to which we will respond with availability and rates.

2. Enquiries and bookings

A booking is only confirmed once we have accepted it in writing and any required deposit has been received. The specific terms of each stay — including rates, deposit, balance due dates and what is included — will be set out in your individual booking confirmation, which forms part of the agreement between us.

3. Rates and payment

Rates are quoted per stay and may vary by season, length of stay and number of guests. Unless stated otherwise, payment terms, accepted methods and any security deposit will be specified in your booking confirmation. The security deposit, where applicable, is refundable after departure subject to inspection of the property.

4. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and amendment terms are those stated in your booking confirmation. We recommend that all guests arrange comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, personal liability and belongings.

5. Occupancy and use of the property

• The villa sleeps a maximum of eighteen (18) guests; occupancy may not exceed the number agreed in the booking without our prior written consent.
• Events, parties and commercial use are not permitted without our prior written agreement.
• Pets are welcome on request and subject to prior approval.
• Guests are responsible for the property during their stay and for the cost of any loss or damage beyond fair wear and tear.
• The pool, outdoor kitchen and grounds are used at guests’ own risk; children must be supervised at all times.

6. Check-in and check-out

Standard arrival and departure times will be confirmed prior to your stay. Earlier check-in or later check-out may be available on request and is not guaranteed.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Le Volte and its representatives accept no liability for loss, injury or damage to persons or personal property during a stay, except where caused by our negligence. We are not responsible for temporary defects or interruptions to utilities or services outside our reasonable control.

8. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, fire, flood, strikes, government action or public-health emergencies.

9. Intellectual property

All text, photographs and design on this website are the property of Le Volte or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written permission.

10. Privacy

Personal data you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising in connection with them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Italian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
